Both rustic and nature-inspired, this hand-painted wood slice Christmas ornament featuring a red-headed woodpecker is a beautiful addition to any Christmas tree! I hand-painted a dark blue starry winter night with a silhouette of a tree and birds on the back of this ornament.
This wood slice ornament is approximately 3 1/2 inches in height, 3 1/2 inches in width, and 3/8 inches thick. I used acrylics for painting, and sealed the ornament with a light coat of polycrylic. This ensures that the ornament will last for many, many years. Jute twine is threaded through the ornament for your convenience, so it's ready to be displayed on a tree.
