This handmade nature theme Christmas ornament featuring a common loon hand-painted on a wood slice would look great on your Christmas tree, or could be a wonderful gift for a friend or family member.  The back of the wood slice is also hand-painted with a night sky and silhouette of a loon on a pond.  The beauty of this type of ornament is that it fits in several holiday aesthetics such as nature, rustic, or farmhouse.

  • The ornament in the product picture is the one you will receive!
  • Ornament size - approximately 3 1/4 inches in height, 3 1/2 inches in width, and 3/8 inches thick
  • I use acrylics for painting, and seal the entire ornament with a light coat of polycrylic to prevent the wood from cracking and the paint from chipping.
  • Jute twine is threaded through the ornament for hanging
